Graham Kendrick en Lucy Grimble brengen prachtige intieme nieuwe hymne 'The Cross Has Spoken' uit
Misschien ken je Graham Kendrick wel van het bekende lied 'Shine, Jesus, Shine' (Heer, uw licht en uw liefde schijnen). Onlangs bracht deze Britse worshipzanger een nieuw lied uit met samen met een andere zangeres die al jaren christelijke muziek maakt: Lucy Grimble. En dat leverde het prachtige lied 'The Cross Has Spoken' op.
Het lied, dat vertaald 'Het kruis heeft gesproken' heet, gaat over de dood van Jezus aan het kruis. "Het nieuwe lied beschrijft het mysterie en de schoonheid van het kruis - en de hoop wat Jezus heeft gedaan voor ons door Zijn dood en opstanding', zo schrijven de muzikanten bij het lied op YouTube.
